The method:
Spend 80 consecutive days fully integrating each stage of The Spiral Dynamics Model, 10 days for each stage.
Preliminaries: Locate a
The Foundation
Beige - 10 Days spent alone in the wilderness, relying only on your survival instincts.
Transition: Rejoin society by
Purple - 10 Days spent in (any) society, focusing on making yourself familiar with everyone around you. Embrace living in and as a community. Speak to everyone and learn their likes/dislikes. Speak with elders and listen to their stories. Engage in the customs and traditions of the people around you and become part of the tribe.
Transition: After becoming as deeply one with the society as you can in 10 days, you'll have made many contacts and friends and will have a degree of social power. On the 30th day, Stage Red integration begins and it's time to shift our focus away from becoming part of the tribe and on to using our power for personal gain.
Red - 10 Days spent using power for personal gain. Be egocentric and focus only on raising your social and financial status in the group. Focus on becoming the most powerful person in the group. Stockpile resources and become the most desired sexual partner. Do whatever you can to maintain your position. Integrate, as much as you can in 10 days, the reckless pursuit of personal power. Be risky, assertive, and courageous.
Transition: On the 40th day, become a power-hungry monster reformed, and renounce your selfishness to the main God/Gods of the society you're in. You're now a spokesperson for the truth, morality, and justice. The other power-hungry people you may have engaged with during the previous 10 days now seem evil, and now you are set on following the traditions of the society and restoring law and order.
Blue - 10 Days switch your focus back to the community, and particularly on maintaining the law and order of that community. Be a spokesperson for what's right and wrong, and make it all fit into their pre-existing customs and traditions. Visit their places of worship and observe strict traditions
